Home Care Management - In Client Home
We provide grocery shopping and meal planning in accordance with dietary needs.
Cooking & Clean up
Regular Housekeeping (not light housekeeping) this includes:
      Laundry, Sweeping, Mopping, Dustiing, Keeping bathrooms tidy, Linen changes weekly, Kitchen always tidy -
      including refrigerator & oven

Facilty Care - Client in Facility
We assist to the Dining Room and assist with or feed our client at meal time. We monitor and record client flluid intake and appetite (good, fair, poor). We assist our client with shower. grooming. We keep the client's room tidy and will do client laundry per reuqest.

Personal Care 
At this level of care, we help with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).  This includes:
General Care and Supervision along with Conversation & Companionship
Recreational Activities & Crafts
Escort to all appointments, (doctor, beauty shop, barber shop or vacation at your request)
Oral & Denture Care
Bathing & Showering Assistance/ skin care
Dressing & Clothing Assistance/ grooming
Tranferring Assistance - with wheelchair or walker
Play Mind Stimulating Games
Collect and send mail
Incontinence Care and Toileting, Medications Reminder
Range of Motion Exercises
Positioning in Bed and Night Checks
Updating report to family or friends.
